Life is not always one-size-fits-all.
Sometimes a habit clicks immediately. Sometimes a habit feels harder because of your schedule, your season of life, or what you’re currently working through.
That does not mean you’re failing.
It means you adapt, stay engaged, and keep moving forward.
That’s why I added a new page today inside the full 13 Week Program:
This page is there to help you stay in the game when a later-week habit may not be the best fit for you right now.
A few important reminders:
  • The first 6 habits are still your foundation
  • This is mainly for the later weeks of the program
  • This is not about taking the easy way out
  • It’s about staying consistent instead of falling off
Real transformation does not come from being perfect.
It comes from continuing to show up, adapt when needed, and keep building momentum.
So if you hit a week where you need a different path forward, go check it out.
