This is my workout split every evening, I’ve not had a tennis related injury in over 5 years
Always remember to strength train ! It’s extremely important for tennis. After a match imitate cable movements in the gym with little to no weight, but dint be afraid to lift heavy to build lean muscle

This is how simple the forehand looks when the racket is removed
Always remember, overthinking what to do results in less being done, keep your whole body loose and relaxed and aim to swing fast, not hard

How to stop double faulting
This is question I get asked a lot, how do I stop double faulting under pressure ? Here’s what you need to remember. 1) Your first serve and second serve racket speed must be the same, you do NOT slow down the racket on the second serve, you simply change the angle of the face 2) You must drive up to the ball, don’t let the ball come to you. Under pressure the legs stop moving as effectively so make sure you’re jumping properly 3) Make sure your ball toss is consistent, if it’s bad catch it and start again, there is no limit to how many times you can catch it. It’s in the rules Hope this helps !

Correct contact point
Here’s a look at Rafael Nadal’s forehand, notice the contact point and how the racket is whipping forwards due to full body rotation, it’s something that comes with staying loose and using the opposite arm as a counterweight
