Yesterday was one of those days where I felt a little overwhelmed with all of the stuff that I needed to do, and I hadn't slept well.
But despite all that, I was able to at least get a video done.
Today, I have a little bit more time still busy but not as distracted, so I'm grateful.
Usually, when I'm distracted, it takes me quite a bit of willpower and effort to stay focused. But usually, it's like good food, good rest, and exercise that gets me back on track.
