🟥 CARD 1 — Write & Finalize the Manuscript
Action
- Finish the draft.
- Clean grammar + spacing.
- Format for KDP trim size.
- Export as PDF (print) or DOCX (ebook).
Definition → Back: “Manuscript Ready”
🟦 CARD 2 — Design the Cover
Action
- Choose trim size.
- Create front cover (title, subtitle, author).
- Add spine + back (for paperback).
- Export correct KDP dimensions.

🟩 CARD 3 — Upload to KDP
Action
- Log into Amazon KDP.
- Create new title.
- Enter book details + keywords.
- Upload manuscript + cover.
- Preview.

Action
- Select territories.
- Choose royalty option.
- Set price.
- Approve proof (if print).
- Click Publish.
