🚨 I got 8 days. For me that's like 5 million weeks.
$150,000–$200,000.Easy!
VentureWell is a nonprofit that funds and trains science and tech innovators students, researchers, entrepreneurs.
They've been doing it for 30 years, they operate globally, and they've helped raise over $7.9 billion in funding for the ventures they support.
They just put out an RFP to rebuild their OWN brand and website from scratch.
Guess who they sent it to...
$150,000–$200,000.
I'm bidding on it.
And I'm building the entire proposal live in the lab so you can see exactly how this works T
The capabilities statement, the cost breakdown, phase by phase, of what a $150k–$200k proposal looks like:
Phase 1 — Discovery & Brand Audit (~$20k) Audit their current brand, website analytics, SEO, and run stakeholder interviews with their team.
Phase 2 — Brand & Messaging Strategy (~$20k) Nail down their positioning, voice, audience personas. Deliver a brand strategy brief.
Phase 3 — Visual Identity Refresh (~$25k) New typography, color system, imagery style, possible logo update, full brand guidelines doc.
Phase 4 — Website Content & UX (~$20k) Wireframes, site architecture, content outline, SEO recommendations.
Phase 5 — Website Design & Development (~$55k) Full build. Responsive, accessible (WCAG 2.1 AA required), CMS they can manage themselves, CRM/analytics integrated.
Phase 6 — Rollout, Training & Launch (~$20k) Train their staff, launch the brand, post-launch monitoring.
Total: $165k — lands right in their sweet spot.
This is stuff we do here all day at Zetsu EDU.
This is what i do here for Zetsu R&D.
Real work. Real money. Real deadlines.
This will be a fun build to finish off March.
Stick around to watch how it's done.
