What is mindset really for?
Someone asked me this question today, and it made me stop and think. 🤔 When people talk about mindset, they often think about “positive thinking” 🌱 — convincing yourself that everything will be fine, repeating motivational quotes, or simply believing that things will work out. But mindset is not about ignoring challenges. 💭 It’s not about pretending problems don’t exist. It’s not about thinking that wanting something badly enough will automatically make it happen. 🚫 A strong mindset is about changing the way you approach what happens. 🔄 It means looking at a difficult situation and asking: ✨ “What can I learn from this?” It means turning mistakes into lessons. 📚 Obstacles into opportunities to grow. 🌱 Hard moments into experiences that make you stronger. 💪 We can’t always control what happens around us. 🌎 But we can train the way we respond. 🧘‍♀️ And that’s where mindset becomes powerful: not because it magically changes reality, but because it changes our decisions, our actions, and our ability to adapt. 🚀 The real question isn’t only: “Why is this happening to me?” 🤷‍♀️ It’s also: “Who do I choose to become because of it?” ✨ I’d love to hear your thoughts 👇 What’s a moment in your life when your mindset changed the way you saw a situation? 💬

🧠 Have you ever found yourself putting something off, even though you knew it was important?
The surprising part is that it's often not laziness. When we procrastinate, specific processes are triggered in our brains that make us avoid taking action—even when we know that action would be good for us. Understanding what's happening in our minds is the first step toward letting go of self-judgment and finding better ways to move forward. We'll explore this in our free class, where we'll dive deeper into these patterns and discover how to reconnect with the inner resources we already have. HERE THE FREE CLASS https://www.skool.com/zero-point-4116/classroom 💛 Now I'd love to hear from you. ❓Do you struggle with procrastination? ❓What do you tend to put off the most? ❓Have you found any strategies that help you get unstuck? Share your experience in the comments. 😊

I understand procrastination so much better now!
If you haven't yet, take the first course and watch the videos/go through the exercises! Doesn't mean I will never do it again I am sure, but the course was so helpful for understanding the science behind it. And the techniques to break these negative cycles were so simple and yet meaningful for me to work through. I used to meditate every day and I lost the habit. But I will commit to finding 5 minutes in the day to center myself. Likely the next time I start doom scrolling, I will interrupt the pre-dopamine pathways and reward myself with some calming inner relaxation instead!

Sunday: The Luxury of Slowing Down to Truly Live
Good day everyone! 🌿 Sunday isn’t just the day before Monday. It’s sacred space to reconnect with what matters most: ourselves and our family. In a world that constantly pushes us to produce, optimize, and “do more,” let’s remember one simple but powerful truth: Sometimes stopping, not producing, resting, and being fully present is an essential part of a rich, healthy life. It’s not laziness. It’s recharge. It’s presence. It’s love. It’s making a slow breakfast with your kids, playing without watching the clock, finally reading that book you’ve been meaning to pick up, taking a walk with no destination, or simply cuddling on the couch and chatting. It’s remembering that your worth is not measured by how many tasks you check off your list. This Sunday I’m choosing quality time: some for me, some for Giulia, some for the house, and some to recenter and feel grounded. And you? What are you doing this Sunday? Drop it in the comments — tell me how you’re living your “conscious non-production” day. ❤️
