I'll say it...

I've come to realise that the most important asset you have in your pursuit of making money... is you. NOT the AI.

AI is a wonderful tool to allow tasks that you don't like to do, to be done. But it should all be as part of the mission to free up your own energy to do the things you LIKE to do. And this is the thing that will make you money with AI.

So I'll say it:

I don't think AI should be customer-facing at all.

This is a change in my views that has come recently. If you engage with people, YOU (human) should be engaging with them.
