Day 9: the outreach drafter (20 min)
Yesterday you found leads. Today you build the thing that writes to them.
Most cold messages die because they're obviously a template. This agent writes each one from the lead's own details, so nothing reads copy-pasted.

I'll paste in one lead at a time (their business, what I noticed about it).
Write me a message that:
- Opens with the specific thing I noticed about THEIR business, not me.
- Says what I'd do for them in one sentence.
- Ends with a question that's easy to answer yes to.
Under 80 words. No "I hope this finds you well". Ever.

Run your top 3 leads from yesterday through it. Read them out loud. If one sounds like a robot, tell the agent why and make it rewrite. That back-and-forth is the real skill.
