※ recap: Auditing tvnj-watchdog against Day 83 checklist; found and fixed a real gap: it never actually restarted NinjaTrader. Just live-tested the relaunch, it worked. Next: simulate an open position to confirm the guard blocks auto-restart in that case. (disable recaps in /config)
