posted my first video
Hello Guys Im new here. I am A college athlete just looking for some passive income so i uploaded my first video today. i am in the combat sports commentary niche so boxing/ufc. i will post my 24 hr results tomorrow.
Most beginners sabotage themselves before they even hit upload.
Here’s the trap: they spend weeks “planning” a faceless channel, researching gear, thinking of niches… but they never actually publish. The fastest way to monetization is not to find the perfect idea. It’s to find one proven packaging format and run 15 reps. That's exactly what I did on Munk and got monetized in 27 days. Your first 15 uploads aren’t about perfection. They’re about learning retention patterns by seeing where viewers drop off, testing which title and thumbnail formula actually clicks, and building the muscle of consistent uploads. That’s it. Nothing else matters until you have 15 videos live. If you focus on hitting that milestone instead of “getting ready,” you’ll beat 99% of people still stuck in research paralysis.

how I blow channels up (and monetized) faster.
When starting a faceless commentary channel and going from an inconsistent 100-1,000 views per video, this is the rule I started to implement, and I still use on my Glider Guy channel it's called the 'The 1-1-1 Cross-Pollination Rule' Every video I post on Glider Guy includes: 1. Main Villain Focus — the freak you’re exposing today/topic you're covering 2. Callback Villain — a quick reference to a past video (“This is just like Billy’s cult”). 3. Foreshadow Villain — a teaser of what’s coming next (“And this new animator might be even worse…”). Why it works: - It chains your videos together like episodes of a series. - Your watch time and session time shoot up because people don’t just watch one, they binge through multiple videos - Binge = faster hours → monetization unlocked way quicker. Bottom line is: stop looking at your videos as 1 off projects, look at them as a system of uploads specifically designed to bring the viewers through a story that doesn't end in only 1 video, make them watch MULTIPLE. there's nothing YouTube loves more then a binge session. if you have viewers watch 1 video for 30 minutes vs 6 videos for 5 minutes each, YouTube prefers the 6 videos for 5 minutes, as it gets them in a loop of click, watch, click watch, there's much more friction when you watch 1 video for 30 minutes to click again vs 6 videos for 5 minutes.

Roblox Drama
If you’re not in the Roblox commentary drama niche yet you’re missing one of the easiest plays for fast growth right now I just analyzed Parlo using the Nexlev extension and the numbers speak for themselves He’s dominating with simple repeatable packaging and drama topics that are everywhere on the platform No facecam no complex editing just consistent uploads and smart titles If you commit to this for 30 days you could easily hit monetization Use the same title and thumbnail formulas lock in and execute Let me know if you want the exact ones I pulled from his channel
