Name, Same, Fame, Aim, and a Game
Howdy! I'm new here. I like to start with this quick li'l exercise I learned from one of the Diary of a CEO interviews.
Name - both yours, and your business's
Same - as something your ideal audience knows
Fame - what are you known for?
Aim - 90 day goal
Game - 5 year goal
I'm Anthony Lee Phillips, and I'm a fantasy poet.
I write words like Rothfuss, but release like Sanderson.
I'm known for writing a book called Moonthread, which is about orcs with emotion magic. When the magic happens, it turns into Shakespearean poetry.
90 day aim - full draft of Books 2 and 3, and a free course on my process here on Skool. (it takes me 27 days to output 60k words, so 3 projects in 90 is a tight but doable deadline.)
I am in the Game of Total Fan Immersion. I want to be the guy people say, "Wanna get stoned and read about orcs together??"
(On a more tactical level, the first 19 books of my 32 book series should be not just written, but published.)
