Collab Opportunity
Hello, We’re looking for a reliable partner (must be based in US, UK, CA, AU, DE, or NZ) to work with our team on a part-time basis. We’re offering a monthly salary of USD 2,000 - 3,000, with flexible working hours and long-term collaboration in mind. No development experience required! Linkcoders focuses on building high-quality, scalable software solutions and value clear communication and consistent delivery. This role would involve working closely with our existing team, contributing to AI Training projects, and collaborating remotely. If this sounds interesting to you, I’d be happy to share more details and discuss how we could work together. Can you contact me at [email protected] to discuss more details? Looking forward to hearing from you. Best regards, Jamey

Week 1: 15 members, $0 in ads. Here's what actually worked.
Transparency report. No vanity metrics. Just what happened. We launched this community 7 days ago. Here are the real numbers. THE NUMBERS - 15 members (all organic, zero paid acquisition) - - $0 spent on ads (we paused all campaigns 2 weeks ago) - - 10+ posts published across 5 categories - - 1 classroom course live (30 Day AI Creator Challenge) WHAT WORKED Engaging in other Skool communities first. Not promoting — just answering questions with real production experience. People clicked through to our profile, saw this community, and joined. That was it. No DM campaigns, no "check out my community" posts. The pattern: share something specific you learned in production, ask a genuine question, let people come to you. Every member here found us that way. WHAT DIDN'T WORK Posting too fast in some communities got us banned from 2 of them. Lesson learned the hard way: lurk first, comment second, post last. Speed kills on Skool. WEEK 2 GOAL Get 1 member to post their own AI product photo in the Showcase category. That's it. One real creation from someone who isn't me. If you're building a community right now — what's getting you members? Paid ads or organic engagement? Genuinely curious because we went all-in on organic and I'm not sure it scales.

I'm not a photographer. Building an AI photo tool taught me more about photography than any course.
This might sound backwards. I started building YourRender as a developer, not a photographer. Zero formal training in lighting, composition, or color theory. But building the AI forced me to understand what actually makes a product photo work. To make the AI distinguish between "luxury" and "editorial" and "clean e-commerce," I had to study what separates those styles technically. Lighting direction. Color temperature. Surface materials. Depth of field. Negative space. Things I never thought about before. The unexpected win: I now look at product photos completely differently. I can spot why a photo "works" or doesn't — not from artistic intuition, but because I had to break photography down into its components to teach them to an AI. Building the tool was the course. Has working with AI changed how you understand a creative skill you weren't trained in? Or does AI just feel like a black box to you?

From iPhone snapshot to premium brand asset — real result, no Photoshop
Sharing a real transformation from this week. Starting point: a basic watch photo taken on a kitchen table with an iPhone. Bad lighting. Cluttered background. Zero brand identity. What I did: - Layer 2: Switched to dark slate surface with soft fabric - - Layer 3: Added Rembrandt lighting (dramatic, one-sided) - - Layer 5: Applied a warm cinematic grade Time: under 2 minutes. No Photoshop. No design skills. The result looks like it belongs in a magazine ad. This is exactly what the 5 Layers method does — it gives you a SYSTEM instead of random guessing. Have you tried transforming one of your own products? Post your before/after below. Even if it's not perfect — we all start somewhere.

From One Photo to 3 Market-Ready Assets
Quick win from today’s Style Check: One product photo became: - 1 E-commerce asset (store-ready) - 1 Catalog asset (premium brand look) - 1 Creative asset (campaign-ready) This is the core skill: same product, different business outcomes. Use case: store + brand + campaign from one photo. Want the same result? Comment “WIN” and I’ll share the exact workflow. (Input started from a basic raw photo (not studio-shot).
