Weekly Morning Coffee Meetings
Starting July 11th, please join me as I will be hosting a live "Morning Coffee" session at 10am EST every Saturday. Each session will briefly discuss a specific topic regarding The Identification Phase, learning to leave the Ego at the door to find peace and contentment and exploring existential depth in the world. If you have questions you'd like to have answered or explore specific topics, please have them ready. To keep the meetings from taking up too much of everyone's time, however, please understand I may not get to everyone. This is a great chance to meet and see that you're not alone and together we can all help each other find peace, achieve our greatest goals and truly find fulfillment. I hope to see you there!

Welcome to Your New Story! Please Introduce Yourself
I am genuinely thrilled that you are here. You might call this a journey of self-discovery, but around here, we view it more as a journey of uncovering. We aren't here to add more noise, rigid dogmas, or new things to your life. We are here to work together to strip away the outside influence, the expectations, and the ego so we can finally hear what our souls actually need. If you are exhausted by the "drift," feeling hollow, or just wanting to step out of the outer darkness and sit by the fire for a while, you are among like-minded friends. I'm not a guru, and I don't have all the answers. I am just a fellow traveler, and we are all figuring this out together. To get started, please reply to this post and introduce yourself. Tell us where you are joining us from and what brought you to the community today. You don't have to unpack your whole life story or figure everything out today. If you are wrestling with heavy questions, just pull up a chair, catch your breath, and read through the conversations. We are here for you whenever you are ready. No pressure, no timelines. Just remember our community rule: Drop the ego, keep it real. We don't want to see your polished resume, your job title, or a list of your worldly achievements. We just want the real you. Take a deep breath, leave the noise at the door, and say hello. I can't wait to meet you, and I can't wait to start writing our new stories together.

Not Really "My New Story"...
I'm Liam, your host. Since I was young I was always philosophical by nature, and for most of that youth also very spiritual. I also felt a real calling to help others, and this is the final realization of that attempt. The truth is, after high school I floated aimlessly through my life. It wasn't until I was 30 that I found something I was good at which was the electrical trade. However, just being good at something doesn't necessarily mean it's fulfilling, and for me this couldn't have been more true. When all the puzzles started getting easier, the dopamine stopped and the pressures of doing something unfulfilling started getting a bit much. I turned to alcohol. I got divorced. Then one day I woke up and told myself "I can't do this anymore." I cashed out my 401k and quit my job in hopes that I would just stumble on something more meaningful. I tried trading futures. I wanted to develop several businesses. I started a podcast (which I'm still trying to do). And somewhere in that journey I returned to faith. But my faith has never been, in my opinion, categorized. But regardless, it's through faith that I think that all answers can be found. And that's my hope is to teach what I've learned and hopefully learn much more along the way. It is my strong belief that the core meaning to all life is growth and experience, so I'm confident that together we can all heal those wounds, find and live our purpose. There's far more to my story than that. To learn the rest of the story, feel free to check it out on my podcast website here

🚨 Lesson 3: The Optimization Trap
Welcome to the Community Mirror for Lesson 3. If you are reading this, you are ready to stop hiding in the edits. Your ego is terrified of messy, irreversible execution. Because it knows you are too smart for blind denial, it weaponizes your own high standards against you. It uses rationalization and perfectionism as a defense mechanism to protect your identity as someone who is "highly capable" and to avoid the vulnerability of actually stepping into the unknown. It tells you that if you just optimize the plan one more time, then you'll be ready. But it is just a sophisticated stall tactic to keep your tank empty right on the starting line. We are stopping the edits today. The Action Step: Drop a comment below calling out your specific stall tactic today. Use this exact format: "My ego is telling me I need to tweak [insert the detail or plan], but the truth is I'm just using that to avoid [insert the scary real change or execution]." (Example: "My ego is telling me I need to tweak my business plan one more time, but the truth is I'm just using that to avoid launching and facing the possibility of failure.") The Co-Traveler Protocol For This Thread: Naming the stall in this mirror strips it of its power. Remember our rule: you are not posting here to get sympathy, to look good, or to please the group. We don't do that here. You are posting to practice Sovereign Subtraction and cut the wire on your own self-deception. When you read a fellow co-traveler's post, do not offer advice. Do not try to "fix" their plan or offer toxic positivity. Simply "Like" their comment to let them know they are seen in the fog. Expose the stall. Drop your sentence below.

🚨 Lesson 2: Exposing the Lie
Welcome to the Community Mirror for Lesson 2. If you are reading this, you are ready to interrupt the automatic justification loop. Your ego has been running an exhausting internal PR campaign to camouflage your empty tank as "necessity." It whispers rationalizations to keep you on the treadmill, terrified of what happens if you actually stop. We are cutting that wire today. You cannot fix the loop just by thinking about it. You have to expose it. The Action Step: Drop a single-sentence comment below exposing the exact lie your Ego told you today, followed by the raw truth. Use this exact format: "My ego is telling me [insert justification], but the truth is [insert the reality of your empty tank]." (Example: "My ego is telling me I just need to push through these emails this weekend so I don't fall behind, but the truth is my engine is completely burned out and I need to sleep.") The Co-Traveler Protocol For This Thread: Transparency dissolves shame. The Ego relies on isolation and secrecy to keep its loop running. By exposing the lie in this mirror, you strip the Ego of its power. Remember: you are not posting here to get sympathy, to look good, or to please the group. You are posting to practice Sovereign Subtraction and catch your own self-deception. When you read a fellow co-traveler's post, do not offer advice. Do not try to "fix" their engine. Do not offer toxic positivity. Simply "Like" their comment to let them know the mirror is working and they are not alone in the fog. Expose the lie. Drop your sentence below.
