Mind on Paper - Poetry as Mental Reset
In this course, students will explore poetry as a tool for mental wellness, learning how to practice stillness, reduce anxiety, and manage stress in healthy, creative ways. Designed for students ages 9–18 in public, private, and homeschool settings, this program invites participants to turn their thoughts and emotions into meaningful expression. By the end of the course, students will walk away with a practical writing tool they can use in real-life moments when emotions feel overwhelming.
