Start Here — How to Use Young Champions Lab
This Lab is designed to be simple and flexible. You don’t need to do everything, start small and build from there.
Step 1 — Pick one game
Choose a single grappling game from the Lab.
Don’t worry about doing it “right.”
Step 2 — Run the game once
Play the game for a short round (about 5–6 minutes).
Keep it light and fun.
Step 3 — Observe, don’t correct
Watch how your kid moves and solves the problem.
Avoid stopping the game to coach.
Step 4 — Repeat another day
Consistency matters more than intensity.
One game, done regularly, goes a long way.
A few important reminders
  • You don’t need jiu-jitsu experience to use this Lab
  • Games are short, simple, and easy to repeat
  • Messy learning is good learning
🎥 Intro video coming soon — this post will be updated once it’s live.
