Do you want to help train your kids in jiu-jitsu but don’t know where to start?
Young Champions Lab is a game-based training resource designed to support kids’ grappling development through play, structure, and real decision-making — for parents and anyone guiding young athletes.
Built by a Jiu-Jitsu black belt with over 15 years of coaching and competition experience, the Lab uses grappling games as the foundation of learning, supported by simple physical prep and coordination work.
Each game has a clear goal and builds real jiu-jitsu skills through problem-solving under pressure.
The games are short, simple to set up, and flexible enough to fit different schedules. Many families use them at home, while others use them alongside regular training. Some coaches also use this system to support kids’ classes and programs.
This is a lab, not a rigid curriculum. New games are shared, tested, and refined based on what actually works.
