Parents, raising an athlete is overwhelming. There’s pressure. There’s confusion. There’s comparison and there’s always that quiet question in the back of your mind:
“Am I doing enough?” I’ve coached youth athletes for over a decade in Basketball, Football. Soccer. K–12. And I kept seeing the same pattern.
It wasn’t talent holding kids back. It was a lack of guidance for parents. Parents were guessing. Spending money without a plan. Listening to random advice from social media.
Chasing camps. Chasing hype.
Chasing rankings.
But no clear roadmap.
So I created Young Athletes Company for one reason:
To give parents structure, clarity, and confidence in the process.
When the parent has a plan, the athlete develops with purpose.
This is about building disciplined, confident, prepared young leaders — who happen to play sports.
That’s why this community exists. Not for hype. For alignment.
And if you’re here, it’s because you want to do this the right way.
Welcome to something different.
