The first class inside the You, Inc. Business Lab is officially here. And we are starting at the foundation. Not with more marketing. Not with another complicated strategy. Not with a longer to-do list. We are starting with the question underneath all of it: Are you running a business—or is the business still running on you? The You, Inc. 21-Day Practice is designed to help you begin operating like the founder of a real company: one with standards, systems, consistent decisions, and a business model that does not depend on you personally pushing every result. Over 21 days, we will move through three phases: Days 1–7: BUILD IT RIGHT Clarify who you serve, what you stand for, what you charge, and the identity of the company you are actually building. Days 8–14: RUN IT WELL Create stronger systems, language, standards, and operating rhythms so consistency becomes the default. Days 15–21: MAKE YOURSELF OPTIONAL Begin documenting, delegating, setting boundaries, and building a company that can operate without requiring you in every room. Each day's practice takes about 15–20 minutes and includes a Founding Entry, one practical action, an Evidence Log, and a short Closing Entry. This is not homework for homework's sake. We are collecting evidence that your business can become more intentional, more consistent, and less dependent on founder heroics. The objective is simple: Build It Right. Run It Well. Make Yourself Optional. The practice is self-paced, free with Lab membership, and you can start any week. 👇 Start with the Baseline, then open Day 1: Filing Day. And when you begin, drop “I’m in.” below so the Lab knows who is building with us.
