What’s your favorite hip opener? I’ve learned that if your hips are tight, it’s because your body has been tensed up due to stress and fear of letting go.
When you go into a hip opener, breath through it and let your body know it is safe to open up and relax. This will help release tension, soften the body, and open the flow of prana through your system, calming your nervous system.
