💣As I navigated divorce and betrayal, even as a healing professional, there were many moments where I felt confused about how to heal, and very alone.
🪦 I felt like a shell of myself, barely alive.
🌸 I have dedicated myself to learning and applying how to heal and navigate this type of grief; learning to connect again with myself, the Earth, and spiritual guidance that guides this path.
