If you have the Experian app, I highly recommend checking out their “No Ding” pre-approval section to see if you qualify for any credit cards. Credit cards can help you build your score by increasing your available credit, which helps keep your utilization lower. Just make sure you’re paying your cards on time every month. The Experian “No Ding” feature lets you see pre-approved offers without impacting your credit score, and approvals are typically very likely if you’re pre-qualified. Monique signed up with us a couple months ago and was getting denied for everything. Today She decided to apply for a credit card and was approved. It’s a small limit, but you have to start somewhere when you’re rebuilding your Credit. Her scores were only in the low 600 and still was approved for a credit card. Imagine what she’ll be able to do once we are done working on her credit and get her scores to 700.😍
