Hello, As someone who manages and coordinates boat transport, I’m always curious from the owner perspective — what has your experience been with boat insurance? Anything you wish you had known before choosing coverage?

A big step in a massive journey!😁
It's done!.. Well, almost done. I've got the key from my boat! I want to call her Eliefrood. But for now, she's Sepia. Yesterday we've started to clean her. I found A LOT of things. Really old things, right from the moment she was built. There are documents. Manuals (GPS and engine - Volvo Penta). I also found a book to learn how to tie knots. AND! Kind of cool detail! There was a journal called "Optima 92-98". A little "guide" for this boat. There I saw some photos with this boat. There was also a photo with some orange mugs on her. And guess what? The same mugs were there, aboard! They had the same age as the boat and still were there!😁 Now, it's time for the next step: to find €2000 more until September 1st👀 So let's continue this journey! :)

Solstice and more in the end of 2025
Hi, folks! Last Year Autumn was a crazy seagoing season.⛵️ Winds were so fair for catamaran going abroad, but not so far from Baltic Sea Rīga gulf. Absolutely all celebrities we spent under the sails. In the November 18, when all the citizens celebrate 107th Annyversary of Latvia Country, we went to Estonian island Ruhnu, where we was the only water wehicle in harbour at all, because the yachting season ends in November. In the Winter Solstice of December 20.,21. winds were tricky friendly, and we went in the Sea again for few days. Returning back we literally surfed into home pier. The temperature on the sea was about -2 to +10 degree of Celsium. We called it our arctic trip. Then winter come, and our adventures was closed. Now here is lot of ice on the Sea. The gulf freezes over and some objects are touchable naturally, for example drowned ship near Rīga city. Happy winter for everybody, see You under the sails!⛵️
