I just added our 6-Day Weigh-In Prep Plan to the Resource Vault.
This is the go-to plan for wrestlers who are close to weight and want to make it without killing performance.
This is NOT extreme Cutting
No trash bags.
No starving kids.
This is:
  • Proper hydration
  • Gradual food adjustments
  • Calm, controlled weigh-ins
