Is anyone looking to move to the Atascocita/ Humble Area? If so, the have some BRAND new apartments that resembles Town homes. They are under construction and opening soon. Wanted to let yall know first before dropping the videos! Comment below if you need something out that way!

1. Contact the leasing office to ask if they are accepting applications, what the current income limits are for your household size, and which documents they require. 2. Gather the required documents, which usually include IDs, Social Security cards, recent pay stubs or other income proof, bank statements, birth certificates for dependents, and sometimes a tax return. 3. Submit the application with accurate information about your income, household members, employment, and rental history. 4. Attend the compliance appointment, where the property staff will verify your documents, income, background, and eligibility for the program. 5. Wait for approval, then review and sign the lease and Tax Credit paperwork before moving in.
