Workout this morning was awesome! Went a little lighter today on intensity since it was leg day and I will be doing my plyo workout at lunch today and didn’t want to totally kill my legs before then. Got in a run yesterday afternoon and picked up a bunch of logs to start cutting up and splitting in the evenings to help with upper body workouts! 😜 Stay focused!
