Tried to look up a customer to find their phone number. They are already in my system because I gave them a quote months ago. They just called to get on the schedule, but when I went to search their name up in “customers” it said no customer found. Even though I see their estimate still in the estimates so I texted execute to see if it could pull him up for me and xecute didn’t even respond. Help?

Excited to get some automation going and I’d like to make a suggestion, can we make it to where we can prompt the AI to add jobs from the markate calendar onto Google Calendar? I think this will help out a lot of owner operators or even employees to add certain jobs to their personal schedules if they are part time.

So I've been using Markate for a few years and love it. I have never once input any customer information into the system. I have the lead contact form add on that is on our site, or gets sent to every lead that calls or messages. With that being said, what else can this product do?

A couple things that I have noticed that interfere with my work flow when trying out Xecute. - Is there a way to schedule the arrival times on a work order? Scheduling a work order through the app becomes useless to me if I can't access the full function of Markate. - When entering customer/lead information I do not always have an email address, so when it creates the customer and then I try to send an estimate (in Markate), I have to go back and manually unselect email before I can send. This is probably a Markate issue and they should be smart enough to know that if there is no email to ignore but....
