I created this community because I believe bigger grapplers deserve more than being told:

I completely disagree.
Bigger grapplers can be technical. We can move. We can wrestle. We can develop incredible timing. And we can build intelligent systems that take advantage of our size without depending on size alone.
That's what X Academy is about.

I'm not interested in giving you 100 random techniques and hoping you remember them.
I want you to understand:
What are you trying to accomplish?
What is your opponent trying to accomplish?
Why is this technique working?
What reaction should you expect next?
When you understand those things, Jiu Jitsu starts becoming a system instead of a collection of moves.
Concept → Setup → Technique → Reaction → Counter → System.
That's how we'll learn here.
