That crazy room
Heyo. I shared this on instagram, but since I was hyping it up over here I’ll show you guys too.
Really wild experience. We ended up using 7 speakers for the mains. In a super live room like this, the key is get as much speaker coverage as you can (while being cautious of placement to avoid comb filtering).
I ended up getting a really good sound; The audience heard every word. I attribute that somewhat to proper gain staging and EQ, but the most important factor was the amount of speakers used, and the placement of the speakers.
