Turns out what was slowing me down wasn’t resistance, it was the realities of learning new technology and mama life happening simultaneously 😅 Between navigating dashboards and being on-call in mum mode, things felt a bit stuck.
Yesterday the technology gods smiled upon me and I ‘finally’ got access to my dashboard 🎉😂 I’ve completed my North Star and I’m now moving through the rest of that section…
Going through the process is actually reassuring me that I’m exactly where I need to be. The shifts will come, the growth will happen, and it doesn’t require keeping pace with anyone else.
Choosing depth and integration over speed.
Honouring my pace. Trusting the process. Staying present.
