Day 4 ~ Accelerator
Truly enjoying the flow of this whole experience. Each daily mission builds beautifully from the previous one.
Now, rituals - one of my favorite things to be immersed in. One ritual that I’m committed to is an evening ritual of intentional time to cut or dissolve any energetic cords that I may have picked up or attached through out my day. And calling all my energy back into my being.
I always feel such a difference when I practice this ritual. It’s a beautiful way to close out the day and prepare for restful sleep ✨
