It was through
the cloak of
darkness
that was
her past,
that she
could see
the glimmers
of her future.
They had
always been
there.
In a sense of hope.
A doorway
To the unknown.
she walked
she wandered
in a dream
once familar.
One she had
a million
times.
Driftin in the
Moonlight
It shone.
it laughed.
It brought,
inner peace
she had recognized
In herself.
A long time ago.
The moon came to her
in dream
a dream
In which
the moon
spoke
to her.
"You still shine
In the dark."
