Authors, what’s working for you?

Hello everyone! I’m glad to be part of the community once again and I have been enjoying reading through the discussions here.

One thing I’ve been thinking about lately is how differently authors approach getting their books discovered by the right readers. There seem to be so many different paths, and I’m genuinely interested in learning what has actually worked for other writers.

For those of you who have been through the process already, what’s one lesson you learned about building an audience that you wish you had known when you started?

Looking forward to learning from everyone here and getting to know some fellow authors.
