Sharing your drafts
When it comes to sharing your first draft with people, it can help you get much needed eyes on your project, get some validation for the unseen work youve put in, and get some valuable feedback as to what will help bring it into its best version.
In this group I recommend sharing with specific people and asking for specific feedback, rather than posting openly in the group and asking for any feedback.
Think about where your work is missing. Do your story telling skills need some work, is the plot missing something, are you need to develop your dialogue better etc.
Think about the feedback you want and ask for it from someone in the group. It makes it easier for the reader to look for things to report on.
