Hi, I’m Joe Dickerson, Associate Worship Pastor at Concord Baptist Church in Jefferson City, Missouri. For the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of leading worship in many different settings—from small apartment ministries and college gatherings to youth groups, recovery ministry through Freeway Ministries, and local churches of various sizes. I’ve lead camps and conferences and have served in both bi-vocational ministry and full-time worship ministry for the last 9+ years.
Worship leadership is about far more than music—it’s about helping people become better worshippers of Christ. Our role is to shepherd hearts, disciple teams, and create environments where people can respond to God in authentic worship.
This community exists to mentor, encourage, and sharpen worship leaders so we can grow in skill, leadership, and spiritual maturity together. My prayer is that God uses this space to strengthen your calling and help you lead others to worship Him more deeply
