We start off with a quick intro. Who's this for? Business owners. What's it for? To get business owners out of day-to-day management. Why do we do it? Because every business owner wants to get out of day-to-day management. Where do we do it? Online, here in the Skool community. And how do we do it? We move one item out of our head and hands and into the head and hands of capable people we already employ once a week. Consistent, steady progress, that's what gets us out of day-to-day management and keeps us out of day-to-day management. That takes about five minutes for that intro portion. We then move on to choosing your move. You are going to move one item this week out of your head and hands and into the head and hands of a capable person you already employ. It could be decision-making authority, it could be results ownership, it could be knowledge, it could be a relationship. You're gonna choose what would be most powerful for you or what would be most easy for you. Small steps. The smallest move consistently made and stuck to , can progressively get you out of day-to-day management. Step three... Step two, by the way, takes about five minutes. Step three, we move on to completing your Movement Card. This is the major part of the workout, the major part of the Movement Clinic. What we're going to do is we're gonna have a conversation, a structured conversation, with a capable person we already employ about what I want you to do, why I want you to do it, what's in it for you, and why you So we'll structure that conversation so that you feel confident going into that conversation, and we'll also alternate between work on our Movement Card and giving you feedback on your Card. Encouragement, tips, a little bit of, correction where you might be, unclear or unsure of yourself, all aimed at both the trainer and the other people training with you in the class, fellow business owners, helping you feel the most confident about the conversation you're going to have before next week with that capable person already on your team.
