Before Your Brain Decides You Did Nothing This Week…
Can we have a tiny intervention before your brain takes everything you did this week, downgrades it to “not a big deal” and immediately starts producing a list of what you should have done instead? Because rude. Nearly 12,000 daily work diaries were studied to understand what keeps people motivated and the strongest driver was not praise, pressure or some enormous breakthrough. It was progress. Even the small, slightly unglamorous kind. So I want to know what moved for you this week. Maybe you built something with Claude. Maybe you saved yourself three hours on a task you normally hate. Maybe you finally understood the thing everyone else seemed to be talking about like it was obvious. Maybe you opened the Classroom, tried something new and did not immediately decide you were terrible at technology. And maybe the real win had nothing to do with the finished thing. Maybe you trusted your idea. Maybe you asked a better question. Maybe you came back after a hard week. Maybe you felt a little less behind than you did seven days ago. There is always the thing we can see and then there is the quieter win happening underneath it. I want to hear both. Then come into the comments and tell us: What happened and why did it matter to you? One woman’s “tiny little win” is often the exact proof another woman needs that she is getting somewhere too. So no voting and quietly vanishing into the bushes. Come back with your win. We are making a thing of it. 🥂 POLL: What moved for you this week?

🔥 NEW TO PREMIUM: Offers & Pricing With Claude
If you've ever said your price out loud and then immediately started explaining it, this module is for you. 🤍 Here's what's waiting inside: 💰 14.1 Offers & Pricing sets the ground rules, including why a confusing offer is a no and a clear one is a decision. 🧱 14.2 The Offer Builder turns the thing you do into an offer that sells itself on the page, without you in the room. 🪜 14.3 The Offer Suite gives you a ladder: something small, something signature, something in between, so nobody has to say no or yes to only one price. 📚 14.4 The Value Stack shows what she's actually getting, laid out so the price stops being the loudest thing in the room. 🏷 14.5 The Naming Swipe File is my favourite bit of mischief. Named offers get asked for by name. "Your coaching thing" does not. 🧪 14.6 The Pre-Launch Test proves people want it BEFORE you spend six weeks building it. Cheapest lesson in the module by a mile. 💎 14.7 Price With Confidence gives you the reasons behind your number, so you can say it plainly and then stop talking. 📞 14.8 The Discovery Call Script means never freezing on a call again. Questions, structure, and what to say when she says "let me think about it." ⚡ 14.9 The Offer Architect Skill installs the whole method, so every future offer takes a conversation instead of a month. Start with 14.1, then take one offer you've been undercharging for through 14.2: [Open the Classroom Here] Comments: what are you finally putting a proper price on? 🌷 Yaz x p.s. Did I mention that our premium discount is heavily discounted (its $3/month) while we're new! Prices rising soon so grandmother ;) them in.

🔥 NEW TO PREMIUM: Offers & Pricing With Claude
🚀 Claude Opus 5 landed on Friday (and I made you something)
Hi lovely ladies, Anthropic released Claude Opus 5 on Friday. If you're on Claude Pro it is now the strongest model you can choose and on Max it's already the default. Nothing to buy, nothing to install. Open the model switcher and it's sitting there. 👇🏼 Three things, not one Everyone is repeating the same headline, so here are the two nobody is mentioning. One. It holds a million tokens. That's roughly 750,000 words in a single conversation. Your brand voice guide, a year of captions, every discovery call transcript, your whole offer suite, your analytics export, and the messy Google Doc where you dumped forty ideas at 11pm. All of it at once. Anthropic says it stays consistent right across that window rather than going vague in the middle, which was always the problem with long chats before. Two. It thinks by default now. You no longer have to talk it into reasoning. It decides how hard to think, on its own, every turn. Which quietly moves the work onto us, because it will now reason very carefully about whatever you handed it. Hand it nothing and it will reason very carefully about nothing. Three. There's a dial. Five effort levels, from low up to max. Anthropic says asking for more effort turns into better answers more reliably than it did on any earlier Opus. So "think properly about this before you answer" has stopped being a placebo. It's a real setting, and in the app you reach it just by saying so. 😬 The bit I keep seeing Most of us are still using AI the way we used it in 2023. Open a chat. Type "give me ten hooks for my coaching offer". Get ten hooks written for nobody in particular. Feel a bit flat about it. Close the tab. Decide it doesn't get your voice. I have done this more times than I'd like to admit. 🤪 Of course it doesn't get your voice. You never gave it one. It's like asking someone you have never met to write your wedding speech, then being annoyed they got your sister's name wrong. The gap opening up right now isn't ChatGPT versus Claude. Both will keep improving. The gap is between the people who feed the thing properly and the people who keep asking it to guess.

🌸✨ NEW TO PREMIUM: Your Brand, Built With Claude ✨🌸
Your brand is not your logo. It's what someone can repeat about you when you're not in the room. 🤍 Nine lessons to get that sentence written, and everything that hangs off it: 💎 13.1 Your Brand, Built With Claude reframes the whole thing. Brand is words before it's ever colours, and words are the bit Claude can genuinely help you find. 🎯 13.2 The Positioning Statement Builder ends the blank stare at parties. One sentence: who you help, with what, and why you. 🗺 13.3 The Messaging Map means you say the same clear thing on your website, in your DMs and on a call, instead of reinventing yourself every time you're asked. 📖 13.4 Your Brand Story turns your origin into something people actually want to read, ending in a belief, not a CV. ✒ 13.5 Power Words And Banned Words is the tiny lesson with the biggest effect. The words that sound like you, and the ones you never want to see again. ⚡ 13.6 The Brand Voice Skill installs all of it, so everything you ever write with Claude comes out sounding like you without being asked twice. 📁 13.7 The Brand Kit gathers it into one document you can hand to any tool, designer or VA. ⚙ 13.8 The Brand Kit Generator builds that kit for you from what you already have. 🚪 13.9 Your Bio And Tagline gives you the line for your bio, your email footer and the moment someone asks what you do. Everything in modules 14 to 18 gets easier once this exists, because every prompt after it starts with "in my voice." 🌷 Start today: https://www.skool.com/womenbuildingwithclaude-1245/classroom Then drop your positioning sentence in the comments. I'll read every one. Yaz x
