Following a long discussion and consideration with sponsors and taking into account non engagement from male members.This group will be changed back to ladies only group.I do appreciate we are all busy ,however we invest a lot of time to keep the group growing and have had no engagement from male members meaning they are not benefiting from the group.Also for women who are in Africa and wanting to be nominated for sponsorship, we are looking for participation and engagement to determine who receives sponsorship.I will be removing all male members following this announcement,the decision was not taken lightly ,we need to focus and grow.Thank you to all male members for the time you have spent in the academy.
