Father, we cover the next generation. We break every assignment of confusion, rebellion, and destruction. Raise them strong and bold.We seal this in the name of Jesus,the Ancient of Days made flesh. Amen.

I took my kids to the library to pick up some new books. We went to play with the large chess set. I started asking Ruby (5) to arrange the pieces properly. One, to remind myself that I do know how to arrange a chess board and two so she could learn how. An unassuming woman in a nearby chair said, “I never learned how to play.” I thought, well it’s been at least 20 years since I played with someone but I’m sure I should share a few of the practical ways of playing. So I shared about how the pawns and the rooks move. I said when the rook makes it to the opponents side of the board they get flipped upside down and become a king. She said, “oh my goodness and he isn’t even royalty and becomes King!” She was fascinated by the process. I’m not clear on the transition but we started talking about how God has been present in her life since she was a child and she has a fascinating story. Her name is Shekiva. She reminded me that I am not forgotten by God. That even when unfortunate things happen to us, just like when they occurred to the prophets, they were faithful and walked along side of God as these things happened to them. It filled my heart with so much joy to know that the Holy Spirit would come and meet me where I am to show me his goodness and his mercy on my life.

Proverbs 17:3 Fire tests the purity of silver and gold, but the Lord tests the heart. 🌿It takes intense heat to to purify silver and gold. Similarly it often takes the heat of trails for the Christian to be purified. Through trails, God shows us what is in our hearts and clears out anything that gets in the way of complete trust in him. Peter said, These trails will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold, though your faith is far more precious than mere gold. (1 Peter 5:7 ) ✨️So when tough times come your way, Thank God for the trails and the wonderful purpose them that he wants to use them to refine your faith and purify your heart.

Remember the Believers to submit to the government and it's office. They should be obedient always ready to do what is good. They must not slander anyone and must avoid quarreling. Instead, they should be gentle and show True humility to everyone. Once we, two were foolish and disobedient. We were misled and became slaves to many lusts and pleasures. Our lives were full of evil and envy, and we hated each other. But--- When God our savior revealed his kindness and love, he saved us, not because of the righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He washed away our sins, giving us a new birth and a new life through the Holy Spirit. He graciously poured out the spirit upon us through Jesus Christ Our savior. Because of his grace he made us right in his sight and gave us confidence that we inherit eternal life. Please meditate on this today, reflect on where you have been or what you have been doing, ask the Lord what sins He is Forgiven u of and give him great praise in spirit and Truth.

Father, we thank You that victory belongs to Your people through Jesus Christ. We fight from victory, not for it. We declare this by Jesus Christ, the Faithful and True, who never loses a battle. Amen. Lord, restore what was stolen, broken, or delayed. We call back promises, peace, and purpose. We enforce this in the mighty name of Jesus, our Shield, Fortress, and Defender. Amen. Every attack sent to dim my light or break my confidence is destroyed by Holy Ghost fire. I rebuke every monitoring spirit and every jealous spirit that tried to touch my image. I belong to Jesus and His mark is on my face.
