Tonight we wrapped up Sovereign Month and @Tanya Folsom and I want to clarify some important things. Firstly, the purpose of these monthly challenges is to establish some ongoing life practices that move our lives forward. If there were some things that improved the vitality and outcomes of your career and expression keep doing them! Do not surrender your hard work! My Sovereign goal was to write every day and there were days that I almost forgot but I opened the computer to keep the streak. I will be continuing that practice from now on because being a professional writer is the identity and destiny I am creating. Secondly, whatever the challenges you set must be implemented daily which is how we build new practices that become rituals and then our new identity. This is why we share them daily for support and accountability. The Lover Archetype or 'house' is the source of belonging which powers all our relationships and our resiliency. Relationships and resiliency are two of the big drivers of all successful families and business so think deeply on this. There's some good workshops in the classroom on these subjects so take advantage of that. My Lover relationship daily goal is to touch base with one person from my inner circle of friends and clients daily. I will also be going on two formal dates with Tanya this month. My Lover resiliency goals are to work with my dogs daily and to limit my phone screen time to 1 hour per day. Thanks to @Jay Bearfield for that challenge! We're on our third week of Sovereign archetype month which is all about expression and career. We set our Sovereign GRAILS on week one, then explored the power of clear vision and values last week. If you are just joining us you can find these workshops in the classroom section of the Skool platform but like everything it's easier and more fun together! This week we have a special guest coming to our Sunday call to give us a short presentation on social media best practices to get your gold out into the world. Hi, Tribe! Here's a couple exciting things for this year. The December fitness challenge has been a great success for the folks on that hunt. Momentum has been built and so have relationships which is what this leadership game is all about. We're keeping that journey going throughout the year with a developmental challenge each month. Those challenges will follow the sequence of Future (Sovereign), Family (Lover), Finances and Faith (Magician) then Fitness (Warrior). The January challenge will be in the Sovereign house which corresponds to expression and vision for the future. For many of us that is our career which is where we spend most of our time so it behooves us to make it as exciting and valuable as possible! We're kicking off the challenge with our New Years goal setting meeting which will be on this platform on December 30 at 5pm PST. Always good to do granular stuff like goal setting with a group for accountability and support. If you can't attend please watch the goal setting workshop in the classroom! Print out the Vitality Wheel and GRAILS worksheets for the call or if you're doing solo. These goals are designed to set a target for all 4 'houses' of our life but we will be focusing on Sovereign this coming month. Put some brave and focused thought into that future-based vision! On our weekly calls we will be addressing topics related to career including personal brand, vision for the future and slogan and even marketing and outreach. A book, social media, link tree and any other related things are open for hunting this month so join us and lets make a dent in the universe!

Been an exciting and fulfilling week for those of us on the January Pack Hunt Challenge and anyone who wants to join is welcome to jump in. Here's what we've been doing if you want to get up to speed! This is Sovereign month which is about career, expression and play. This aspect of our psyche is easy for some of us and harder for others but it is necessary for thriving. The Sovereign is the source of vision, hope and the future. It is also the foundation of the Tribe Triangle which is the work we are currently doing on the challenge. Shared Vision, Values and Mission. Set a goal for the next phase of your career and put it into the GRAILS format. This is your Mission. Create a vision statement for your year. This is a short aspirational slogan that serves as a mantra for the journey. (Mine is to claim the freedom to live life fully). This is your Vision. Clarify your 3 strategic values which push you toward your ceiling when you are at your best. Clarify your 3 tactical values that keep you above the floor when you are not at your best. You can use the values list from Team to Tribe. These are your Values. Happy Hunting, Tribe.

Really cool to see some old names from the past here on Skool. Takes a bit to get up to speed but it’s a pretty intuitive platform. Introduce yourself and react to some posts on the main feed. That’s how you level up here and everywhere in life….You might see some folks you know working on cool shit. Explore the classroom. Some workshops are locked by level but it’s a fast level up.
