I would like to share with you all that I rated this past week as a 10 out 10 speaking and listening wise.I felt way more confident while keeping up with a conversation even though it was an unknown topic for me. So exited because my vocabulary is wider and that has given me the courage to take down the barrier I had prior and not to feel chi anymore. Great week, awesome job coaches 👏

I have always been terrified of holding a conversation over the phone with a English speaker. Yesterday for some reason one of the computer wasn't responding, everyone else was busy but me because I was supposed to assist on the 3rd treatment so I needed to carry out the phone call mission lol, after thinking that over five times I finally got in touch with a guy from tech support. Computer was fixed throughout a 30 minutes phone call, it was a challenging situation since terminology it's, you know,little odd when it comes to technology. Guess what today another computer was acting like that but this time I didn't hesitate and got the problem solved right away, no cold feet. I felt so trustworthy and reliable!! Thanks coaches and classmates!!

I want to level up my English ,and my goal is to enhance my English. I want to stick to my daily study but I also can’t skip my workouts. I try to exercise at least 30minutes a day at home, I lift weights for my long term health, I also catch a breath for a little while because it helps me stay active and boost my energy. I cut down drinking coffee and tea so since I stopped I feel much healthier. However I also play soccer games before I get into the game I warm up then I play the game during the game I break a sweat, And I like it because it’s a whole body exercise. After the game I cool down. Taking care of your health is essential
