Two out of our three indicators (Moving Average and MACD) on the monthly $DJI have already turned red. The third (Stochastic) is rapidly trending in the same direction. We normally monitor these "Three Arrows" at month-end reveals where institutional "big money" is positioning.
While a triple-red signal doesn't mean there's a market crash ahead, it's a defensive cue. You may consider to move your holdings—like those in your 401k, IRA, or Superannuation tied to broad indices like $SPX or $QQQ—into cash temporarily. And wait for the three Arrows to turn green before re-entering, which might give you bit peace of mind.
This has nothing to do with our investment or option trading on individual companies, as we know how much they worth.
