Many of us were trained to care for people, support people, teach people, or serve people—but not necessarily to lead teams. Leadership can feel overwhelming, especially when you're juggling difficult conversations, team dynamics, staffing challenges, and the day-to-day demands of your role. My goal is to make leadership simpler, more practical, and more human.
