ive spent most of today looking at pre recorded videos Gemma and live science tests we abajeet, I lit up seeing Gemma happy i wanted to cry through her session as bits hit home, and jess teaching alignment method, something clicked, i get it this time around, i worked on somethings that are holding me back, with my weight, due to unwanted sexual advances, wow im excited to see it unfold to health eating and self worth and love

I'm over the moon , I can make in-person 31st July, buzzing, couldn't afford hotel in Halifax well expensive, so coming up 30th going back 2nd August,staying in Huddersfield, just hope it's not too far away, as on public transport from London 4hr journey 😂 but worth it sooooo excited 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆
