Referrals
Referrals are huge in junk removal. One happy customer can turn into their neighbor, their realtor, their family, their contractor, all calling you later. That’s why I try to treat every job like it matters, even the smaller ones. People remember good service way longer than they remember the price.

Learn to say NO.
The easiest way to lose money in junk removal is saying yes to everything. Some jobs are too far, too small, too risky, or just not worth the headache. Took me a while to realize protecting your time is just as important as getting work. Not every dollar is a good dollar. FACTS.

A lot of money gets lost in junk removal from small stuff people ignore. Extra dump runs, bad routing, underpricing, driving too far for tiny jobs—it all adds up. Sometimes making more money isn’t about getting more jobs, it’s just tightening up the operation. This starts to really matter when you plan to take this from part time side hustle to full time operatio. Keep this in mind
