At times when you don’t feel like working out or exercising, that’s the best time to do so. My day consisted of a gym work out and bike ride, even though I felt drained and exhausted all day from the week.
Tomorrow, we’ll be mowing/volunteering for our local Women’s Shelter. I break a lot of promises to myself, but I made sure I got 5 workouts in this week, even if I felt exhausted or drained.
