Setting Intentions
How many of you plan out your week?
I used to fly by the seat of my pants and thought I was doing life quite well .. come to realize I often feel disorganized and unfinished.
So, I'm learning to map out my week - plan out my workout days, meal prep and assign meals to my days, put in appointments, the kids games, etc all on one page then fill in each day as I get to it ..
It's so helpful to keep everything in one place.
