Saturday is meal prep day for me... Prepping meals for a week for a family of 6 can feel daunting, but the more I do it the easier it gets... And the ease it brings to my week is where the real freedom lies.

Today I fixed a batch of hamburger patties for lunches and quick dinners for sports nights, sausage patties for breakfasts, made 6 loaves of bread , and my son made blueberry muffins. I also have pork chops and fish in the freezer that will be easy to pull out an prepare for dinner ...
I fixed a pot of cheeseburger rice soup for dinner tonight which gave us leftovers for another lunch next week...
