I Came For The Wine.

Hello everyone, and welcome! I'm Joe Haché, and if there's one thing I've learned over the years, it's that every winery has a story. For several wonderful years, I had the privilege of writing a weekly wine column where I introduced readers to wineries, winemakers, and the incredible people behind the bottles. Along the way, I also hosted I Luv Wine, a six-episode television series for The Food Channel USA. While the series wasn't picked, the Food Channel kept all six episodes on their website, allowing me to share my passion for wine with viewers across North America. Those experiences taught me something important. People don't fall in love with wine because of technical tasting notes. They fall in love with the stories. The family who planted the first vines generations ago. The winemaker who took a chance on a dream. The vineyard overlooking a lake, a mountain, or a quiet country road. The little tasting room where complete strangers become friends over a shared bottle. Those are the stories worth telling. That's why I created Wineries Of The World. This isn't a review site. It isn't about scores. It isn't about declaring one winery "better" than another. Instead, it's about discovering wineries that make you want to visit. It's about celebrating the people, the places, the history, and the experiences that make every winery unique. Our goal is ambitious. I want Wineries Of The World to become the largest collection of winery stories anywhere—a place where travelers can explore wine regions across the globe, discover hidden gems, and be inspired to visit wineries they may never have known existed. Whether you're a winery owner, a winemaker, a wine enthusiast, or someone who simply enjoys exploring beautiful places, you're welcome here.
