How would you do it?
If your goal was to give your community - especially the trouble causing kids - a healthy activity they could sink their teeth into, how would you do it? Curious what you’d build first — the sport, the place, the mentors, the equipment, or something else? We're three years in. We've had somewhere around a thousand entries. We've provided half a dozen free riding clinics. We've given dozens of loaner and doner bikes to kids just starting out or upgrading from one they've outgrown. We've given tons of loaner and doner gear to kids that need it. And we've provided dozens of race fee sponsorships into almost a dozen area races. And we still have no idea what we're doing. 🫣🤣 So drop your take below. How would you do it? There's no wrong answers! 😁👍

Wed Morning Brief
Where we're headed We're still finishing the Davis Camp championship wrap season and keeping Shorts, Reels, and Stories moving every posting day so the feed stays alive. Next long YouTube story out of Fossil Bowl is on deck after yesterday's Horn mid-length went live, and this Skool is the build log while we grow it. Longer term we're laying quiet foundations for nonprofit status, sponsors, and the next race season without breaking how we operate. Yesterday's goals 1. Keep Tuesday's wrap Short stacks on schedule so the daily floor holds. 2. Move the Jordan Horn mid — Broke Down. First Place | Wild Rose 4 - Fossil Bowl — to a 3:00 PM PT YouTube Studio go-live, including the cross-social promo pack. 3. Kick a thank-you for one of our race families' loaner-bike donation once the photos are in hand (Meta, TikTok, and here). Were they completed? 1. Done — Tuesday's Fossil Bowl Grand Prix wrap stack and Davis Camp championship wrap stack both went live on YouTube Shorts, Meta Reels, TikTok, and Stories. 2. Done — the Horn mid is live on YouTube (https://youtu.be/9pEqlS4TajE). Studio settings were locked after go-live; remaining feed / TikTok / X promo stamps wait on Done. 3. Done — photos and copy are locked and queued for this morning across Meta, here, and X. Stories thank-you still needs the manual music and stickers pass. Today's goals 1. Hold Wednesday's wrap floor: Grand Prix wrap in the morning and Davis Camp championship wrap in the afternoon, plus the afternoon Stories slot. 2. Keep the next Fossil Bowl full-recap long moving — voice-over revise on card, edit owned in-house — without stalling the daily wrap floor. 3. Start editing 2025 WRC 5&6 content to start feeding it into the system. What ideas do you have?
