Hi everybody, so I, as expected, do SMMA for Immigration firms in Canada, however, I am dialling 50 firms every day and the progress has been lukewarm. However, I am struggling with follow-up, since there are so many dials and a low pickup rate, it's hard to understand what time frame I should use for follow-up. Any help would be appreciated.

Apologies if this is a lengthy message, I was heavily inspired by Jakes' journey starting his real estate SMMA agency from the ground up. His service is heavily catered towards running people's paid ads. I haven't found much success with paid advertising. Is there market for people/businesses looking for simple organic marketing such as managing Instagram and Tiktok, creating blog posts, etc.? This service seems easier. I was wondering if anyone has tried it and if there is any money in it?
